Dr. Sinéad McArdle is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine working at the Mater University Hospital and Mater Private Hospital. She has also worked as an Emergency Consultant in The Mater Private Hospital, Cork and Blackrock Clinic.
She graduated from University College Cork in 2005 and commenced training in Emergency Medicine in both Ireland and Australia. She completed a specialised year in Paediatric Emergency Medicine in Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children,Crumlin. She also completed a dedicated Intensive Care Medicine Fellowship and is a member of the Joint Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine of Ireland.
Her special interests include Critical Care Medicine, Simulation training and Trauma and acute care resuscitation. She is a trainer in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced trauma Life Support and an instructor on the European Trauma Course.
Dr McArdle is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine.
