Dr. Vinny Ramiah is a consultant in Emergency Medicine working at the Mater University Hospital and Mater Private Hospital emergency departments.
He is a fellow of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and winner of the John Rutherford citation for examination in 2013.
He has worked as a consultant in St Vincents University Hospital and Blackrock Clinic emergency department.
His speciaist interests include Geriatric Trauma and Geriatric Emergency Medicine and incorporating point of care ultrasound into clinical practice.
He is a post graduate lecturer in University College Dublin and the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. He is an examiner for the fellowship examination of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine.
He has practised Emergency Medicine since 2003 both in Ireland and Australia.
